With the launch of dentalcam 9, we are also introducing a new licensing model that brings great advantages: you no longer have to deal with license management and updating, because with the update service everything is now automatic! There are basically two ways of keeping your software up to date:
dentalcam Update Service
With the dentalcam Update Service, you receive all regular updates conveniently via monthly or annual billing. When you purchase a new machine with dentalcam 9 or a dentalcam refresh including your registration for the Update Service, all updates are free of charge for the first year.
With the dentalcam Update Service, you are always up to date – both with the CAM software and the material databases. However, the CNC software is always kept up to date independently of the update service. Outdated software versions that no longer exploit the full potential of the machine or even pose a safety risk due to missing updates are now a thing of the past.

dentalcam Refresh
With dentalcam Refresh, we offer a one-off upgrade to the latest version of dentalcam 9 – whether from dentalcam 8 or earlier. If you register for the dentalcam Update Service at the same time, twelve months of free updates are also included. dentalcam Refresh can also be purchased individually for each machine via myvhf. This means that the updated software can be used immediately.
